Stipendiary Trainees (Scientific Assistant -B (Group-B))

Discipline Wise:

1. Mechanical Engineering – 11
2. Electrical (or) Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) – 03
3. Electronics (or) Electronics Communication Engg. – 04
4. Computer Engineering – 01
5. Physics – 01

Pay Scale: Rs. 9300/- p.m. (consolidated)
Age: 18 to 25 years as on 01.05.2012. (Relaxable as per rules)
Physical Standards :
(i) Minimum height 160cm
(ii) Minimum weight 45.5.kgs (100bs)
Stipendiary Trainees (Technician B)

• No. of Vacancies: 36 posts (in various disciplines)

Discipline Wise:

1. Process/Plant Operation – 08
2. Electrician – 04
3. Electronics – 07
4. Mechanic Machine Tool Maintenance or Pipe Filter – 13
5. Draftsman (Mechanical) – 04

Pay Scale: Rs. 6200/- p.m. (consolidated) for 1st year , Rs. 7200/- p.m. (consolidated) for 2nd year
Age: 18 to 24 years as on 01.05.2012. (Relaxable as per rules)
Physical Standards :
(i) Minimum height 160cm
(ii) Minimum weight 45.5.kgs (100 lbs)

Selection Procedure: Candidates will have to qualify in the written examination which consists of two parts viz.

1. General knowledge English and Maths
2. Technical subjects in the relevant discipline.
