Online Preparation for IBPS Exams – Free and Paid

IBPS examinations are one of the most awaited examinations for candidates who are preparing to get their dream job in public sector banks. It provides an enormous opportunity for people to proclaim a seat as an officer in the Government sector. Though the initial dates for the IBPS CWE (Common Written Examination) is yet to be announced by the IBPS examination authority, it is expected to be declared very soon. However, preparation in such respect should commence from long before. So first of all you should know about the resources by which preparation will start whether by books, IBPS CDs, online coaching, practice tests, free government jobs portal etc. We will discuss in this article various resources available on internet free as well as paid by which you  can prepare for next Bank exams for PO or clerk.
Being a competitive examination, the biggest peril that lies in such examination is the relativity of marks. People are not only required to score well but are also required to score with distinction such that their preference prevails over other.  A structured preparation is the best form of study that can yield fruitful results for a candidate.
To begin with, it is very important to know about the perception of the examination which is broadly categorized into categories, namely, objective paper and descriptive paper. The first paper consists of a challenge with respect to English Language, General Awareness, Reasoning and Quantitative Aptitude and encompasses maximum marks of 225. The duration of this paper is two and half hours. On the other hand, the second challenge is in descriptive form where writing skills of a candidate is tested by way of essays, Letter Writings, etc. The duration of the examination is for an hour and offers a maximum mark of 25.
Now to begin with the structured strategy, one should initially take help from tutors in respect of Quantitative Aptitude as people may not be well versed with.
Online tutors are the best in such respect as it offers people with the flexibility of timings and adjusting the schedule as per their desire. English and reasoning should mainly be commenced from general sources such as books and solutions. If you have some experienced IBPS examinees, make sure you understand their experiences. Additionally, have a tutor who can just guide you through the process rather than forcing you to do every single subject as nothing can be derived out of forced means.
Online tutors are very helpful in abstract areas such as reasoning; therefore, they should your first preference in case of any doubt. Additionally, since you are preparing for a competitive examination, make sure that you too have some secret preparations going on apart from these. Question banks and previous year’s question papers are very useful in such context as they provide valuable knowledge as well as confidence for the candidates. Mock test papers should be a daily exercise irrespective of the current preparation as it would provide a comprehensive feeling of the examination and help you to relate between your actual and desired performances. Make sure you follow the tutor’s guide as their experience is always handy. A regular exercise over the newspaper and blogs is always a good idea to be in touch with the world and takes care of the general awareness section of the paper too.
