Selection Procedure : Written Test
Examination Fee : The candidates applying for the post o should enclose a valid Indian Postal Order or crossed Bank Draft for Rs. 50/- only as examination fee in favour of DDO payable at the respective SBI/Post Office at the location or nearby station of Centre. However, SC/ST and BSF Candidates are exempted from the examination fee. Fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
How to apply
Application duly filled up in the prescribed format along with its enclosures duly completed in all respects may be sent to any one of the centres mentioned below on or before 10th March, 2012. The applications should be accompanied with attested copies of certificates of proof of age, education qualification, technical qualification, experience in trade , caste/ hill areas (Domicile), wherever applicable. Candidates are permitted to apply for only one post. Multiple applications shall be summarily rejected. Three recent passport size photographs duly attested by a Gazette Officer should be attached to the application. One each photograph to be affixed on the application form and admit card and the third one to be kept in record. Two self-addressed envelopes with postal stamps worth Rs. 27/- each should also be attached with the application form. The envelop containing application must be super scribed in bold letters as " Application for the post of SI (Master)/ SI (Engine Driver)/ HC (Master)/ HC (Engine Driver)/ HC (Workshop)/ CT (Crew) In BSF Water Wing".
