How to apply
Application
in the given proforma may be submitted personally in open condition
at the enquiry counter of the Commission’s office at 161-A,
S.P. Mukherjee Road, Kolkata – 700 026 between 11-00 a.m. and
03-30 p.m. on all working days (Saturdays and Sundays are holidays)
or sent by post (strictly by registered or speed post or U.C.P.) on or
before 12th March, 2012
to the Deputy Secretary (Examination), Public Service Commission, West
Bengal .Superscribing on the envelope the advertisement no. and name
of the examination. N.B. : Completed application must be submitted
with (i) one copy of his/her recent passport size photograph signed by
him/her and pasted on the application; (ii) Self-attested
photocopies of certificates of age and prescribed educational
qualification; (iii) Self-attested photocopies of certificate obtained
from the Bar Council in support of his/her enrollment as an
Advocate in the roll of Bar Council of any State or Union Territory
in India; (iv) A certificate in original from the appointing
authority for relaxation of age as Government servant (where
necessary); (v) Self-attested photocopies of documents issued by
competent authority in favour of SC/ST/BC/PH (where necessary); (vi)
Two unstamped self-addressed envelopes.
