Stipend: Selected Management Trainees will be paid a consolidated pay of ` 23,000/- per month during first year and ` 28,000/- per month during second year of training.
Maximum Age limit: 26 years as on 01.12.2011.
Essential Qualification: Bachelors Degree in Engineering/Technology in respective discipline from a University/Institute recognized by AICTE with minimum of 60% marks in the qualifying examination (50% for SC/ST Candidates).
Method of Selection: Selection will be made based on written test, group discussion and interview.

- Last date for receipt of hard copy of application with requisite attachments is – 23.01.2012.
Application fee: Rs.800/- . SC/ST and PWD candidates are exempted from paying application fee. Internal candidates (permanent employees of FACT) are also exempted from payment of application fee.
